Coach Kit purchase terms

Seller and product

The seller for this purchase is Nutri Keto Boost LLC, trading as Nutri Boost Lifestyle. The product is The Capable Chapter Coach Kit: a digital business-use package. Local Growth System LLC owns the kit’s original protectable materials. Nutri Keto Boost LLC, trading as Nutri Boost Lifestyle, is an authorized reseller. Third-party materials and services retain their respective rights and terms.

Price and delivery

The kit price is $197 USD, paid once. Applicable tax and the final amount are shown before payment. There is no recurring kit subscription in this purchase. Access instructions are supplied after successful payment to the email address used at checkout. No physical goods are shipped.

One company; no kit resale

The purchase licenses only the company named on the order. The complete Single-Company Use License forms part of these terms. It permits that company to customize the system for its own business and sell or provide the permitted finished client guides/trackers to its own end clients. It does not transfer ownership or grant kit resale, sublicensing, redistribution or installation rights for other businesses. The authorized reseller’s rights do not pass through to its customers.

What the buyer connects

The buyer supplies its own compatible HighLevel account, provider connections, branding, domains, sender and any necessary third-party subscriptions or permissions. Products, payment connections and account-specific bindings must be configured. Software, domains, processing, email, optional phone/AI/SMS, advertising and third-party plan charges are separate. Review these requirements before buying.

Refund and file-access policy

Once digital access has been provided, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds because the files and reusable assets have been made available. If an included file is missing, damaged or inaccessible, contact info@nutriboostlifestyle.com with your order reference so we can investigate and help restore the access purchased. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.

Support and separate services

The kit includes its written setup materials and an access/file support contact at info@nutriboostlifestyle.com. Hands-on implementation, private coaching, account management and advertising services are not included. A separately purchased setup service has its own agreed scope, price and terms. No response-time or completion-time guarantee is made by these kit terms.

Professional use

The resources are educational and do not provide medical advice, a qualification or personalized care. The buyer is responsible for reviewing and adapting material within its own professional scope and for the services it provides. No earnings, client-acquisition, health or setup-time result is guaranteed.

Third-party services and content

The buyer must follow the relevant HighLevel, Canva, AI-provider, payment-provider and stock-content terms. This purchase does not transfer ownership of third-party software or content or expand the rights granted by those providers. Optional AI templates remain inactive until configured and activated by the buyer.

OWNER AND AUTHORIZED SELLER Local Growth System LLC owns The Capable Chapter Coach Kit and its original protectable materials. Nutri Keto Boost LLC, trading as Nutri Boost Lifestyle, is an authorized reseller. A purchase from either authorized seller gives the buyer the same limited use rights below. Ownership of third-party materials remains with their respective owners.

ONE PURCHASE, ONE COMPANY The kit is licensed for use only by the one company identified as the licensed business on the purchase record. If an individual purchases for a business, that business must be identified in the order record. Buying the kit does not transfer ownership of the kit, its masters or its intellectual property. A separate company requires its own license, unless Local Growth System LLC gives written permission otherwise.

PERMITTED USE The licensed company may customize the supplied quiz/funnel, workflows, emails, setup files, assistant instructions, Canva copies and marketing materials for that company’s own business. It may operate the supplied system for its own leads and clients.

The licensed company may brand and sell or provide finished, non-editable exports of the five included client guides and trackers to its own end clients as the kit intends. This limited end-client permission does not include the setup guide, master kit, snapshot, editable Canva templates, AI setup pack or reusable business-system files. End clients receive the finished client resources for their own personal use, with no resale or redistribution rights. Include the supplied CLIENT-RESOURCE-NOTICE.txt in client delivery or the resource’s terms. This notice identifies license terms; it need not add seller branding to a coach’s finished resource.

Employees and contractors may access the materials only as needed to set up or operate the licensed company’s own system. The licensed company must keep that access limited and ensure they do not copy, reuse or distribute the kit for another business. A contractor does not gain an independent license or the right to reuse the kit for other clients.

NO RESALE, REDISTRIBUTION OR SUBLICENSING You must not sell, resell, relicense, sublicense, rent, give away, share, publish, transfer or otherwise distribute the kit, snapshot, master files, editable templates, template links, setup guide, AI setup pack or reusable system components to another business or the public, in whole or in part.

You must not rebrand, rename, modify, bundle or white-label the kit or its reusable components and offer them as your own product, template pack, snapshot, membership, course, agency service deliverable or resale-rights product. Customizing the materials does not give you resale rights. You may not install or clone the kit for other companies, including your agency clients, without a separate license for each company or Local Growth System LLC’s express written authorization.

You must not share editable Canva template links, snapshot import/share links or the kit ZIP publicly or with other businesses. You must not remove or alter this license to suggest that broader rights were granted. You may apply the licensed company’s branding to the permitted client-facing materials as described above.

These restrictions do not prevent the licensed company from publishing its own client-facing quiz, offers or ads as permitted above. They prohibit supplying the kit or reusable masters to others for their independent use or resale.

NO MASTER RESELL RIGHTS OR PRIVATE LABEL RIGHTS The buyer receives no master resale rights, private label resale rights or right to grant resale rights to anyone else. Nutri Keto Boost LLC’s separately authorized reseller status does not pass through to its customers. Only Local Growth System LLC can grant additional kit resale or distribution rights in writing.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT HighLevel, Canva, AI providers, payment processors, stock-media owners and other providers retain their own rights and terms. This license does not grant ownership of their software or stock assets, waive their fees or expand their licenses. Use Canva template links through Canva and comply with the applicable content license. Do not extract or sell standalone third-party assets.

QUESTIONS AND ADDITIONAL COMPANY LICENSES Contact the authorized seller shown on your purchase receipt for support or an additional-company license. Broader resale or distribution permission must come expressly from Local Growth System LLC in writing. Until that permission is granted, the restrictions above apply.
